Aisha Alayande

Executive Director

Aisha Alayande

Aisha joined DFH in 2011 and has since been promoted to the position of Executive Director. She has previously held positions at the School of Visual Arts and Financial Network. Aisha is the founder of The Blissful Expectations Doula Project in Highlands County, a member of the Healthy Start Coalition of Hardee, Highlands & Polk, serves on the Children Services Council of Highlands County and is the Chair of TPPA Highlands (Teen Pregnancy Prevention Alliance). Her expertise in management coupled with a visionary mindset enables Aisha to guide DFH toward sustainable community improvement. She loves people, food, and laughter.
Monica O'Neill

Administrative Assistant

Monica O'Neill

Monica is a Highlands County native. She graduated from Avon Park High School in 2002. Monica went on to become a highly trained administrative expert, working simultaneously for two non-profit organizations: she has been indispensible to DFH since 2010 and Tri-County Human Services since 2007. Monica is an outstanding coworker, mother, and cook!
Georgie Guzman

Communications Coordinator

Georgie Guzman

Georgie J. Guzman graduated from Motorcycles Mechanics Institute in Orlando. Georgie focuses on design and technology, researching the latest gadgets and trends, listening to all genres of music, and sharing his finds with his followers on his beloved media platforms. He loves Performing Arts, Theatrics, black coffee, flying kites, and overall connecting people to powerful information. Currently, Georgie has the goal of seeing Drug Free Highlands blossom into a nationally acknowledged coalition and a secondary goal of expanding his reach within the local community. Georgie’s likes grow day to day from his acceptance of great opportunities in world around him.
